Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your digital staff and campaigns until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days for reactivation purposes, then permanently deleted
Refund Eligibility

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers Only)

First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 30 days of their initial purchase, provided:

  • The account was created less than 30 days ago
  • Fewer than 500 emails have been sent through the platform
  • No fraudulent or abusive activity has been detected

Prorated Refunds (Not Available)

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of the period but will not receive a refund for unused days.

Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)

One-time setup fees for agency onboarding (domain provisioning, digital staff creation, warmup automation) are non-refundable once the setup process has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy in cases of:

  • Service Outages: Extended downtime (greater than 48 hours) may qualify for partial refunds
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts will be refunded immediately
  • Account Suspension: If we suspend your account due to our error, you may receive a refund
